According to the Modern Medicine
As far the medical science concerned “milky white or cloudy urine can occur due to vaginal discharge, chyluria, urinary tract infections, gonorrhea or even due to kidney stones. Albuminuria means passing white urine, has a wide differential diagnosis and requires a more thorough investigation beyond a macroscopic urinalysis. Sediments from minerals in the urine such as hypercalciuria, phosphaturia (most commonly), hyperoxaluria, uricosuria or pyuria occasionally can be discovered after centrifugation and analysis. Consultation with a physician is recommended at this point because changes in dietary intake and medication initiation may require”.
UTIs: “Severe urinary tract infection is one possible cause of white cloudy urine because purulent fluid may enter the bladder. In addition, caseous material from urinary tuberculosis also should be entertained. Careful urine culture is required. If you experience pain along with the cloudy urine, you may have a UTI or kidney stones.”
Chyluria: “Chyluria is another possible diagnosis. It arises from abnormal communication between the lymphatics to the urinary tract, most commonly as a result of the filariasis, but also can be the result of a lymphatic fistula. Some Physicians said that antiparasitic drugs are of no benefit because the urine is usually sterile by this point.”
Blood in Urine: “When the amount of blood is microscopic, it may not show bright red or dark red but rather it may appear as cloudy urine. Excessive oxalic acid and glycolic acid in urine also turn it milky white or cloudy.”
Pregnancy: “During pregnancy increase in vaginal discharge, which mixes with urine and causes cloudy urine.”
Stones: “Kidney stones may cause cloudy urine. They can cause pus in the urine, which gives urine milky or cloudy look. One cause of cloudy urine that is unique to men only is when ejaculate is mixed with the urine.”
Some Hidden Gems of Wisdom about Milky White Urine
Some Legendary Healers said that “milky white in acute diseases is a threatening sign and sudden change from red to white in the course of a fever reveals that the patient will become delirious. However, If whiteness persisting in a person apparently healthy indicates the absence of digestion in the veins, and or diabetes. I personally think this type of whiteness is most probably transparent, not the milky one but strong evidence needed to clarify this point. Some of they said whiteness like buttermilk, in acute fevers, may signify wasting of the entire body. In short, according to the philosophy of healing generally, whiteness indicates that the imbalance is due to an altogether cold intemperament, but digestion remains sound. Urine often is white at the onset of a disease and gradually darkens as the disease takes its course. Urine is also white during the waking state. If urine is dusky during daylight hours, it signifies some digestive imbalance. The physical cause of the white color is the inability of bile to mix with the urine or an overabundance of phlegm mixed with the urine.”
